Who we are

Crawford & Beattie Ltd is a creative and content agency registered in England and Wales, company number 16869169. Our office is at Trent House, BusinessLodge, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. For anything to do with your personal data, email callum@crawfordandbeattie.com.

What this website collects

This website does not use cookies for tracking and does not collect personal data on its own. If we add analytics or advertising measurement in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) for security and to keep the site running. These are held for a short period and are not used to identify you.

When you contact us

If you email us or book a call, we keep your name, contact details and the content of your message so we can reply and, if we work together, run the project. We keep this for as long as we're working with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it.

Client and customer content

When we produce content for a client that features their customers, we do so with the customer's agreement. If you appear in content on this site and would like it removed, email us and we will deal with it promptly.

Third parties

We use trusted suppliers to run our business, including Netlify for hosting, Google Workspace for email, and GoHighLevel for scheduling and follow-up. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments. We never sell your data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
